IMPROVE YOUR LIBIDO naturally

I had gastrointestinal issues that in hindsight led to low-libido. For 3 years I noticed what foods were able to temporarily improve my libido, and these can work for anyone regardless of gastro issues. 

 

I'm sharing this because I think it's really valuable information. Below is a compiled list of the internet research I've done, and the things I have tried that have continually worked. I've used a food diary to further validate my hunches. 

 

This is a man's experience, but these aphrodisiacs may work in similar ways for women as well. Mainly these things call into three categories. Things that increase Zinc, things that increase nitric oxide, and things that just generally increase blood circulation and reduce inflammation.

Aphrodisiacs due to zinc: The aphrodisiacs below are thought to work because of their zinc content, which increases testosterone.

Aphrodisiacs due to nitric oxide: The aphrodisiacs below are thought to work because they increase Nitric Oxide in the body, which increases blood circulation. Regardless... they work.

Water Melon: Watermelon has Citrulline which converts to L-arginin, which increases the nitric oxide in your body, increasing blood circulation, and your libido.

Zucchini: Zucchini is in the same family (Cucurbitaceae) and also has Citrulline.
